It looks like a Squawks perched on a cloud. The cloud is attached to a pink handle with two blue buttons on it. At the bottom is a small lightning bolt.

This wand can be bought in the Wand Shop for 2,200 
Gold.
It used to be obtained through Battle Chests and Conjure Cubes.

- This is similar to Pin Wheel, as it is a children's toy.
- Formerly, this wand had a power bonus of 20.
